LUNG can see that LAO is getting more and more ambitious. To play it safe, he suggests weakening LAO’s power. LAO tells KATE that JING is going to weaken his power. KATE then tries to find a way to cope with it. KATE persuades EMPEROR QIN to give CHANG an honour for her chastity, which is strongly opposed by LUNG.
